GENERAL PURPOSE:The Sr. Specialist serves as a key contributor to the successful delivery of strategic HR initiatives, independently managing project activities, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption of organizational changes.
The Program Delivery Team supports implementation, adoption and sustainability of strategic HR initiatives. The Sr. Specialist will contribute to and, when appropriate, lead project delivery and change management activities. Experience with both disciplines will be helpful.
The individual in this role will contribute to the design and implementation of program and change management tools, documents, and processes; analyze and synthesize data to communicate key program metrics and updates to stakeholders both within HR and across other business groups; monitor project and change management plans; and track action/issues/risks/dependencies. This role will also be responsible for assessing and interpreting change impacts and organizational readiness; communicating project and change management updates to stakeholders; coordinate/facilitate training activities to drive adoption and sustain outcomes.
The base salary range for this role is $81,000 - $121,800. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Program Delivery Center of Excellence
* Develop and administer reporting to provide Leadership Team with visibility to project portfolio, update stakeholders on project status, and escalate issues requiring leadership attention.
* Create and maintain Program and Change Management Center of Excellence tools and process documentation. Drive continuous improvement to enhance tools, templates and best practices.
* Train and support users on Program and Change Management COE tools and processes.
Project Support
* Provide project management and/or change management support for projects. This includes but is not limited to: creation and implementation of project plans, status reports, communication plans, issue logs, action item logs, training plans, and training materials.
* Partner with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages and communication and engagement materials.
* Analyze project data to ensure accurate assumptions and results.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues during project.
* Support the documentation of project findings and recommendations, either by creating documents or by reviewing and validating vendor/internal documents.
* Manage any ad hoc analysis requests related to project and project data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 2-3 years of project management, HR program management, or change management experience (experience with transformation initiatives and/or HR Technology implementation preferred)
* Experience with project management and change management methodologies
* Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)
* A detail-oriented approach - must pay close attention to the details and have the drive to get things right
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure while managing ambiguity and changing priorities
* Trustworthy with confidential information
* Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment
* Able to synthesize data and reconcile own work
* Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
Occasional Requirements: Job occasionally requires bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds. May also require occasional driving and traveling overnight for business functions. May also require occasional driving and traveling overnight for business functions.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
