Job Title: Technical Recruiter I - Hardware/Embedded Systems/Robotics/ASIC
Job Location: Seattle, WA 98101
Job Duration: 11 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $34.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using a variety of sourcing methods and tools.

Partner with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies.

Clearly communicate sourcing plans and progress to recruiting leadership using data, timelines, and deliverables.

Manage candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a fast and positive experience.

Continuously improve existing sourcing processes for greater efficiency and ROI, while maintaining an excellent candidate and client experience.
Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of recruiting experience

1+ years of experience using CTS/ATS systems to source, track, and manage candidates
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/professional experience

Experience with targeted sourcing for technical roles using advanced sourcing tools and strategies

Proven ability to manage multiple roles and client relationships simultaneously

Strong networking skills and creative sourcing techniques

Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

Ability to drive full-cycle recruiting strategies, including diversity sourcing and employer branding

Comfortable working independently in a high-speed environment

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize processes and collaboration
