About the Role

This dynamic role merges Curriculum Development with Systems and Technical Training delivery. You will analyze, design, develop, and implement both web-based and instructor-led training for Canon software and hardware products. Additionally, you will deliver training sessions in both virtual and classroom environments.

This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.



Your Impact

* Develop and deliver technical training to internal and external customers
* Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve and refine training program content
* Provide coaching and constructive feedback to students to ensure the support professionals efficiently meet course requirements
* Conduct dealer visits and discuss training needs on current training programs and systems
* Identify new application features, and coordinate the information with other trainers and implement key initiatives
* Research, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data



About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience with servicing copier or production printing devices highly preferred
  • Experience with Canon Software a plus, and delivering training via WebEx Training Center, Adobe Connect, VMWare or similar virtual platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of uniFLOW, uniFLOW online and Therefore preferred
  • Strong analytical and communications skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Instructional Techniques for virtual and classroom training or equivalent a plus
  • Knowledge of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI) competencies. Network + Certification, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Certified Network Administrator (CNA) or equivalent preferred

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role; $76,150 - $114,040 annually
