Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $24.41
The current full hourly range for this position is $24.41 - $27.27.
The Treetops Program Director is responsible for planning, implementing, promoting, and overseeing a broad range of recreational and educational programs at STAR Center. These include—but are not limited to—preschool programs, specialty camps, seasonal events, ongoing programs for active members, and services for drop-in participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and day-to-day operations of all Treetops programs and events, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and enriching experience for participants; Track participation and program metrics; Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records on attendance, outcomes, and program effectiveness; Collaborate with the Marketing Department to promote programs through brochures, social media, press releases, and other outreach tools; Represent the program at community functions and events to build relationships and promote services; Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the Treetops program.
