POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Team Supervisor plans, directs, and controls all aspects of our inventory movement in the New Castle warehouse and outbound. Increases profitability through unsurpassed customer service, team development, quality improvement, and financial management activities.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:
* Meets and exceeds weekly and monthly shipping quotas defined by internal metrics.
* Monitors & manages variable costs based on revenue fluctuations to ensure that the Londonderry Warehouse goals are always achieved.
* High-level SKU management using our integrated software platforms.
* Creates and manages our outbound volume.
* Develops internal SOPs to maintain greater levels of efficiency while ensuring high-quality customer order fulfillment.
* Supports all departments by aligning individual contributions with those of the team and group. Shares needed information with others in a timely and efficient manner.
* Contributes to the company by identifying, implementing, and evaluating new programs or program enhancements that will increase overall customer satisfaction.
* Uses appropriate problem-solving skills in response to issues, conflict and/or expressions of dissatisfaction.
* Understands and consistently monitors and applies all internal quality standards and policies relating to current operating systems.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, ability to positively influence and motivate others.
* Superior organizational ability - ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely reporting and follow-up with team members and managers.
* Skilled and confident in educating a diverse team of warehouse associates. Able to effectively maintain composure and poise under pressure.
* Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
* Consistently proven high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong relationships.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with an ability to support other departments and locations as needed.
* Champions GiftCash core values, boosts employee morale, and uses positive change management strategies when communicating a new process or policy.
COMPENSATION:
$70,000-100,000 annually.
