Drive impactful employee experience programs and shape the way employees connect, learn, and grow. Your work will directly influence the company culture and create a positive impact on the entire organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects related to employee experience, including team check-ins, employee programs, internal culture initiatives, and employee events.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. This is your chance to make a real difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: Lead the planning and execution of employee experience strategies, including operations and communications. Partner with administrative teams to coordinate programs related to employee engagement, development, and diversity and inclusion. Develop and execute communication plans for various programs and initiatives. Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure alignment on project goals. Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Present project updates and findings to stakeholders, adapting your communication style to different audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in project management.

2-4 years of experience with standard office software suites.

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Previous experience within a similar corporate environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to $60hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
