As a key member of the Work Lab’s marketing and communications team, you will be instrumental in visually communicating complex ideas and research findings to a broad audience. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to blend your passion for design with the exciting world of future-of-work research.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling presentations for executive audiences, effectively conveying complex information through clear and engaging visuals.
- Create impactful still and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand alignment and a strong visual identity across multiple channels.
- Develop and maintain design system assets focused on marketing materials, promoting scalability and consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with the research and editorial teams to translate research insights into visually compelling narratives.
- Contribute to the team’s overall visual communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the Work Lab’s mission and goals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating proficiency in presentation design software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects).
- 1+ year of experience with Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including information graphics, editorial layouts, and presentation design.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience designing presentations for consulting firms.
- Experience with UI design and design systems.
- Experience or strong interest in incorporating AI tools into the creative workflow.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.25 to $32.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
