




Our financial services client is expanding their UX/Product Design team to support their acquisitions funnel experience. As Lead UX Designer you will be instrumental in shaping scalable, user-centered design solutions seen by external and internal audiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing for UX across multiple marketing channels and/or has designed for MarTech platforms previously.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work Tuesday-Thursday. In order to be considered you must be in commuting distance (50 miles) of one of the following office locations: Irving, TX, Fort Worth, TX, or Charlotte, NC

Lead UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design efforts for customer acquisition experiences, from concept through execution.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive experience models, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Develop scalable information architectures and interaction patterns across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive UX thought leadership, bringing strategic vision and scrappy execution to ambiguous problem spaces.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to foster shared understanding across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to evolve strategy and create internal-facing materials that support alignment.
- Advocate for inclusive design and ensure accessibility and compliance are embedded throughout the design process.
- Create journey maps, user flows, and experience blueprints that guide seamless interactions.
- Present and communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with at least 5+ years leading projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience mentoring other designers design teams, previous management experience is a plus (this is an individual contributor role)
- Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking, visual polish, and strategic problem-solving across complex domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead conversations, identify problems, and tell data-driven design stories.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other industry-standard design and research tools.
- Experience working in Agile or other iterative delivery models.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles.
- Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience designing for regulated industries or financial services is preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
