




Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a DocuMaker Specialist in a contract, remote opportunity.
This role is:
- Fully remote
- 6-12 months
- Up to 40 hours/week. Client prefers 40 hours, but open to someone that can only work part-time as well
- You will be provided a company-issued computer
The client is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who has experience working in DocuMaker to support their operations team in managing and configuring letter templates within Oracle's DocuMaker platform. This role is focused on production-level work, helping the team streamline and update their proprietary letter system. You will work closely with Content Creators and Operational Leads to ensure templates are correctly built, formatted and deployed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain letter templates using Oracle DocuMaker.
- Implement content blocks, variable text fields, and formatting rules within the system
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure accurate and user-friendly letter output
- Perform QA checks on template builds and formatting
- Receive and manage tasks via Teams and potentially their PM software, Workfront.
- Support backlog clearance of large letter requests
- Participate in team training and knowledge sharing to build redundancy and system familiarity
The ideal candidate:
- Prior experience using DocuMaker
- Client is open from a background perspective - could be someone with tech writing, instructional design, production design background
- No programming experience necessary, but familiar with backend configuration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with production/design systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general tech tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed team environment
