ESL is currently seeking Universal Bankers<\/strong> to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs and completing transactions, while building relationships, achieving sales goals and creating a positive experience. Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n- One year in sales\/service in the financial services, retail, professional services worker industries<\/li>\n
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required<\/li>\n
- Strong communication, problem solving and decision making abilities<\/li>\n
- Prior Sales Experience preferred<\/li>\n
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs<\/li>\n
- Proficient in building customer and peer relationships<\/li>\n
- Proficient in PC applications<\/li>\n
- Understanding of banking products and services preferred<\/li>\n
- Notary preferred; if not obtain within 12 months of filling role<\/li>\n
- Must complete submission of application to the NMLS within the first week of employment and subsequently be successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL<\/li>\n
