The FactSet OEMS (Order and Execution Management System) Team is responsible for FactSet’s Compliance, Order Management and Execution Management solutions for buy-side and sell-side institutions.The OEMS Product Manager oversees the configuration and maintenance of market data in Portware and LiquidityBook, ensuring data accuracy and relevance to support daily trading operations. Key responsibilities include resolving data issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, documenting procedures, and supporting initiatives for new asset classes and system enhancements.

Working Environment: Hybrid (3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule)
What You'll Do
Load, configure, and maintain market data (pricing, reference data, instruments, liquidity, etc.) in Portware and LiquidityBook.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure data integrity, timeliness, and relevance for daily trading activities.
Troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, ingestion, transformation, and distribution within Portware and LiquidityBook.
Monitor and validate the quality and accuracy of all market data feeds, investigating anomalies and driving root-cause resolution.
Manage relationships with external data vendors and monitor SLAs for data delivery, entitlements, and content support.
Document data processes, mappings, and procedures to ensure continuity and regulatory requirements.
Support testing and roll-out of new data sources, feed handler upgrades, and system enhancements.
Contribute to tactical and strategic projects involving new asset class onboarding and market data infrastructure improvements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
10+ years of experience in market data operations, trading system support, or related functions.
Hands-on experience with an OMS or EMS. (Experience with Portware or LiquidityBook a significant plus)
Strong knowledge of market data concepts (tick data, EOD pricing, symbology, reference data, corporate actions, etc.).
Technical aptitude including hands-on work with data files (FIX, JSON, CSV, XML), SQL, scripting, or basic programming.
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to work across teams.
Desired Skills
Experience with APIs, feed handlers, or market data entitlements management.
Familiarity with other trading systems, market data vendors, or workflow automation tools.

The budgeted salary for this position in NYC is $148,000 - $185,000.
Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
