You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrive-while being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.
What You'll Do:
- Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
- Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
- Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
- Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
Requirements
What You'll Need:
For OTs:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible OT license
For COTAs:
- Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active or eligible OTA license
