* Provide clear, concise instructions to associates for material preparation and machine setup.
* Perform on-machine CMM inspections using Renishaw probes and associated inspection software.
* Design and implement automated "lights-out" 5-axis CNC operations for increased efficiency.
* Use CREO CAD software to design parts and create accurate rough stock models for programming.
* Program and operate 3D printers, ensuring efficient and accurate additive manufacturing processes.
* Maintain and communicate updates to the CNC tooling library, including standard and special setup tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CNC mismatches and surface finish issues, ensuring high-quality output.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills/Requirements

* Associate degree in a related engineering field or technical certification (ex. Tool & Die, etc.)
* 10+ years of experience in CNC programming and operation, with a strong emphasis on 5-axis machining.
* Proficient in CREO & PowerMill CAM software for multi-axis programming.

* Familiarity with 3D printing software and additive manufacturing workflows.
* Excellent communication skills for training and guiding team members.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
