You will assist in data operations, content generation, and automation workflows that power our go-to-market campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to work across both innovation and enablement, helping connect data to process execution.<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n · Assists with data gathering, organization, and validation using Excel (VLOOKUPs, filters, formulas), Salesforce reports, Einstein Analytics, and Domo.<\/p>\n · Trains automations and AI agents using LLMs and various providers.<\/p>\n · Leverages data to craft the right hook, approach, and content for an individual audience.<\/p>\n · Scrubs and enriches datasets to find relevant business information (websites, phone numbers, emails, etc.)<\/p>\n · Supports the team in building actionable reports and completing special research projects.<\/p>\n · Builds and manages outbound cadences in Salesloft for various sales teams.<\/p>\n · Partners with sales and marketing to design custom cadences aligned with specific team initiatives or broader GTM campaigns.<\/p>\n · Writes hooks, subject lines, email, and voicemail content tailored to target industries and personas.<\/p>\n Who We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n · High school diploma\/GED (or international equivalent), required.<\/p>\n · Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field), required.<\/p>\n · Up to 2 years of related experience, required.<\/p>\n · 2+ years of related experience, preferred.<\/p>\n · Proficient in Excel and comfortable with VLOOKUP, filters, and data cleansing techniques.<\/p>\n · Strong writing skills, especially for short-form business communication.<\/p>\n · Demonstrated interest in B2B sales, marketing technology, or data analysis.<\/p>\n · Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between technical and creative work.<\/p>\n · Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.<\/p>\n · Must be 18 years of age or older.<\/p>\n · Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.<\/p>\n · Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.<\/p>\n Who We Are<\/strong><\/p>\n At Thryv<\/a>, we’re a team fiercely devoted to the success of local businesses.
