Job Summary<\/h2>
Manages the performance and relationships of revenue cycle services and solutions vendors. Serves as the primary liaison, resolving issues and supporting collaborative partnerships. Follows established vendor management processes to onboard, support, and evaluate vendors' aiming to control costs, manage risks, and maximize service efficiency.<\/p>

Responsibilities*<\/h2>- Develops and maintains productive, long-term relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.<\/li>
- Serves as the primary contact for vendor communications, fostering trust through timely and competent responses.<\/li>
- Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to identify, address, and resolve operational issues.<\/li>
- Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) on operational and vendor management processes.<\/li>
- Coordinates and delivers training to vendor partners on updated processes, policies, and practices; collaborates with internal training teams as needed.<\/li>
- Documents and improves workflow processes alongside relevant teams.<\/li>
- Monitors vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met; promptly addresses and tracks concerns through resolution.<\/li>
- Plans and facilitates regular meetings with vendor partners, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking; involves relevant stakeholders as appropriate.<\/li>
- Participates in RFP processes and contract renewal\/onboarding activities.<\/li>
- Prepares and delivers performance reports and analysis, including issue tracking and continuous improvement recommendations.<\/li>
- Manages the end-to-end vendor relationship, including contract input and resolution of post-contract issues (e.g., inventory tracking, claims).<\/li>
- Identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends workflow enhancements to improve experiences for patients, clients, and vendors.<\/li>
- Performs other duties as assigned.
<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications*<\/h2>- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).<\/li>
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an analyst, reimbursement, or AR management role within revenue cycle of a health care system.<\/li>

- Proficiency with billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.<\/li>

This role is for an Administrative Assistant Senior to join the administrative team in the Pediatric Anesthesiology Department that is responsible for faculty support, division projects and needs. This role is essential to the management of the day-to-day operations of the division.<\/p>

Responsibilities*<\/h2>- Provide administrative support to multiple faculty, maintain calendars, meetings, correspondence, ordering supplies, onboarding, travel arrangement assistance and Chrome river expense reimbursement reports for faculty.<\/li>
- Maintain CV, copy of licenses, and other certification documents for faculty.<\/li>
- Send daily QGenda schedule to trainees, create the educational preview for weekly distribution, create block pictorials and distribute, assign lockers and send new block information to resident prior to start of block. <\/li>
- Order resident, fellow, faculty tutorial food.<\/li>
- Assist office and\/or faculty with special projects including: MOCA Diplomate Enrollment, student models for OSCE\/POCUS, Sim Saturday, Fellow Research Day.<\/li>
- Set up CME QR Codes as needed, distribute disclosure form, close out with MiCME. <\/li>
- Maintain and reconcile your own departmental purchasing card for ordering purposes. Submit PO's for needed purchases. <\/li>

Job Summary<\/h2>
The Survey Research Center (SRC) within the Institute for Social Research (ISR) at the University of Michigan is seeking a Systems Administrator Intermediate to join our Computing and Multimedia Technologies (CMT) team. This role is primarily focused on supporting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Hyper-V virtualization and on-premises infrastructure. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience managing cloud-based services and Linux.<\/p>
As a Systems Administrator Intermediate, you will manage, monitor, and support critical IT systems that serve the ISR community. You will apply technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to ensure system availability, security, and performance.<\/p>
The Systems Administrator Intermediate will report to the Director of CMT.<\/p>
Responsibilities*<\/h2>- Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V virtualization.<\/li>
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across multiple systems.<\/li>
- Support and monitor on-premises infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components.<\/li>
- Assist with cloud service integration (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms).<\/li>
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, virtualization, and system performance.<\/li>
- Ensure compliance with security standards, assist with vulnerability remediation and implement system hardening best practices.<\/li>

What Benefits can you Look Forward to?<\/strong><\/p> This is a 40 hour position.<\/p> Thursday\/Friday 5:00am-1:30pm<\/p> Saturday-Varies<\/p> Sunday\/Monday- 1:30pm-10:00pm<\/p> Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile\/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
