We're seeking a strategic and experienced eCommerce Specialist to start as a key driver of our client's digital retail success. This role will act as an extension of the sales team, ensuring visibility across platforms, leading campaign execution, and serving as the brand liaison with Rise and other partners. The ideal candidate brings professional maturity, a strong sense of ownership, and a proven track record of managing P&L and spend budgets within eCommerce environments. This is a contract role that is targeted to start mid-August and will be 35-40 hours a week for about 6 months.

- Partner with the sales team to align on goals, visibility, and execution strategies
- Lead bi-weekly eCommerce meetings and weekly Amazon POS calls
- Act as the brand liaison, ensuring campaign alignment and brand consistency
- Own timelines for innovation launches and strategic planning for 2026
- Oversee campaign performance, including sales analysis, budget pacing, and optimization
- Manage and report on P&L and budget spend, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Deliver weekly updates, monthly ROAS/budget reports, and contribute to QBRs
- Lead development of enhanced content (ATF, BTF, copy) and manage ratings & reviews via Bazaarvoice
- Track and manage Chewy contract agreements and ensure timely execution
- Approve invoices and reconcile monthly budgets
What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in owning and managing a business line, including P&L oversight
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High level of professional maturity, initiative, and accountability
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead agency relationships
- Experience in the pet category is a plus, but not required
