As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
- Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through visible patrols and attentive monitoring.
- Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:
- A Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
