
Our client in the home services / HVAC industry is looking for a Website Content Specialist! This HYBRID freelance assignment starts immediately, and will continue (20-30 hours a week) in an ongoing capacity with the potential to convert to full-time. The position requires at least partial onsite work in the Richardson, TX area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage day-to-day website content updates, including location-specific details, branding updates, service pages, and blog posts
- Serve as the primary liaison with the creative agency to brief in new assets, banners, or other visual content needed for the website.
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks across the website to ensure a consistent user experience, accurate content, and proper functionality across devices and browsers.
- Partner with marketing channel owners to ensure proper UTM tagging and tracking for all campaign-related links and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and email teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for both performance and user intent.
- Help maintain and document the website content calendar in alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
- Support the implementation of web analytics tools, assist in reporting as needed, and help identify areas for improvement based on performance insights.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal specify what you use).
- Basic understanding of UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and digital campaign performance metrics.
