

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its dynamic product team in a hybrid capacity, onsite a minimum 2 days per week, in one of their corporate office locations.
The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing both customer-facing and internal team member experiences within the Collections domain. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives, leveraging data, empathy, and strategic insight to deliver impactful solutions that improve financial well-being and drive business performance.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with Strategy and Operations teams to identify opportunities for improving digital and team member experiences within Collections.
- Lead cross-functional teams to uncover customer and team member needs, eliminate friction, and deliver seamless product journeys.
- Own the execution of the Collections Roadmap in collaboration with engineering and technology teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Operations to shift costly interactions toward digital self-service solutions.
- Align and prioritize initiatives across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Strategy teams.
- Use data to inform product strategy, define customer intent, validate hypotheses, and guide development.
- Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Serve as a strategic voice for the product team, clarifying direction and amplifying team contributions.
Senior Product Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital consumer product management, preferably at scale; experience in Collections is a plus.
- Proven track record of launching successful products, features, or experiences with strong execution detail.
- Deep understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
- Ability to align product vision across cross-functional teams and drive execution.
- Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and motivating teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and assess broader implications.
- Passion for solving customer problems and delivering continuous value.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and carry solutions through to completion.
- Experience across the full digital product lifecycle: roadmapping, requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ownership mentality with a clear understanding of how the role fits into the broader product ecosystem.
- Adaptable and positive attitude in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
